After 15 years of unconditional love, our beloved cat Marble is now facing the fight of his life.

Marble has recently been diagnosed with lymphoma, a form of cancer that is unfortunately common in older cats. Despite everything, he is still the same sweet and gentle boy we have always known. Since starting steroids he has been alert, calm, and enjoying time with us.

Marble is responding well to the steroids, and because of this our veterinarian is optimistic that chemotherapy could be effective and give him more quality time with our family.

Marble is not just a pet to us. He has been part of our family for 15 years and has been there through so many moments in our lives, always offering comfort and companionship. Anyone who has met him knows how special he is.

This has been especially difficult for our family because we just lost our other beloved cat in January. Facing another serious health battle so soon has been incredibly hard and we are doing everything we can to give Marble the chance he deserves.

The treatment recommended by our veterinary team is a 25 week chemotherapy protocol, which is estimated to cost around $8,000 or more depending on how he responds and what additional care may be needed. Because of the uncertainty of medical costs, we have set the fundraiser goal at $10,000 to help cover treatment and related veterinary expenses.

Over the past few weeks we have already spent close to $6,000 on emergency visits, diagnostics, and initial treatment. Marble does have pet insurance, but it will only cover about $2,500, leaving a significant portion of the costs out of pocket.

We have explored financing options and other ways to cover the cost, but we have reached the limit of what we can manage on our own. That is why we are humbly asking for help.
