Our lovely little brother Jake sadly passed away at just 30 years old after a courageous battle with liver disease and multi-organ failure.

Jake fought until the very end, but despite everything, his body could no longer keep going. While our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing he is finally at peace and no longer suffering.

Jake leaves behind two devastated children, a heartbroken sister, a brother, and a family who loved him beyond words. His loss has left an enormous hole in all of our lives.

His passing has come far sooner than anyone expected, and as a family we were not financially prepared for the cost of his funeral. We want to give Jake the dignified and loving farewell he deserves, and we’re asking for help to make that possible.
