Help Us Give Heidi the Farewell She Deserves

Hi friends and family,

I’m sure you’ve heard the news by now. Heidi has been called to heaven, and in her passing, she spared us the suffering of watching her struggle. We all knew Heidi was a force to be reckoned with, and she fought valiantly until the end. She likely went quickly because, as a devoted caretaker and hospice nurse, she didn’t want her loved ones to endure the pain of watching her decline.

As I write this, I’m still in shock; I truly believed nothing could take her down. Heidi spent her last moments surrounded by love, with her beautiful boy Max by her side, reading to her. Each of us has cherished memories of her radiant smile, which could brighten even the darkest days. We knew Heidi had a heart of gold and always wanted the best for everyone.

To honor her memory, I’ve started a GoFundMe to give our beautiful friend the send-off she deserves, the way she would have wanted. We love you, Heidi. May you rest in peace, knowing that Max will always hold you close in his heart as his guiding angel.
