On Saturday, March 7th, 2026, my mother, Athena Stone, passed away from pneumonia, leaving behind 3 children (Kailei (23), Sarah (16), and David (12)). As well as a fiancé, David Dyer. Unfortunately, she did not have life insurance, and for services, a casket, burial, and a headstone, it will cost well over $15,000.

Unfortunately, we don’t have that laying around. My mother deserves to be mourned by her family without having to worry about how we are going to cover these costs. She was so loved by many and would give someone the shirt off her back if they needed it. She was so compassionate and worried way more about anyone else than herself.

We are asking for any help anyone could give us to help give her a service and the burial she deserves.
