Honoring the Life of Angie Kjar
On Monday, September 29, 2025, our family received the phone call no one should ever have to hear. My mother-in-law, Angie Kjar, was struck and killed in a hit-and-run accident while out on her evening walk. The driver fled the scene, leaving our family devastated and searching for answers.
If you knew Angie, you knew she lived life to the fullest. She poured love into her family, friends, and everyone she met. She was vibrant, adventurous, and never wanted to worry about the “boring details” that come after death. Angie believed in living every moment with joy — and now it’s our turn to honor her in that same spirit.
We are creating this fundraiser to help cover the costs of giving Angie the memorial she truly deserves — one that reflects the love, laughter, and energy she shared with the world.
