In Loving Memory of Ángela Lozano
On August 7th, we lost our beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, Angela Lozano. She was a warrior. An example of courage, resilience, and the ability to overcome any and all obstacles. Her strength inspired everyone who knew her, and her love made every person she touched feel like family.
Angela’s life was filled with kindness, generosity, compassion and a fierce dedication to those she loved. She was the heart of our family, always finding a way forward no matter the challenge. One of her greatest joys was feeding the people she loved, her kitchen was always a place of warmth and full plates. Her bond with her granddaughter Zinnia was unbreakable, and her legacy will live on through the love she poured into her family and friends.
Her passing was sudden after a cardiac emergency. She passed quickly with one of her favorite groups Laberinto serenading her last breaths. As we grieve this loss, we are also faced with the costs of giving her the farewell she deserves, one that reflects her incredible spirit and the light she brought into our lives.
Although her time on earth is done, she will forever be with us in our memories. We ask that everyone share stories and anecdotes about her so we can preserve them as a legacy for Zinnia to have as she grows older.
We have created this GoFundMe to help cover funeral and memorial expenses. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference. If you’re unable to give, we ask that you share this page and keep our family in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you for helping us honor and celebrate Ángela’s beautiful life. She will forever be in our hearts.
With love and gratitude,
Jazmin & Family
