My name is Evaldas, and I am asking for help for my wife — a loving mum of two teenagers who has recently received devastating news.

After extensive tests and scans, we have learned that her cancer has progressed to Stage IV and has spread to her liver and bones. The disease is aggressive and advancing quickly, and every day now truly matters.

Watching the person you love most suffer is a pain beyond words.

She is beginning weekly chemotherapy as part of her standard medical care, with short breaks between cycles. At the same time, we are seeking private supportive and integrative treatments to help strengthen her vital organs, immune system, and overall resilience during this extremely demanding process.

Our greatest fear is that without additional support, her body may struggle to tolerate the intensity of chemotherapy.

This has become the hardest fight of our lives.

She is only 45 years old.

She is a devoted mum who has always put her children and family first. Even now, she is trying to stay strong for them, despite the physical and emotional toll this illness is taking.

The emotional weight is overwhelming — and the financial burden has quickly become more than we can manage alone.

Private care would allow us access to:

• Specialist oncology consultations and faster appointments

• Advanced diagnostics and specialised blood testing

• Supportive and integrative therapies to help protect her organs and immune system

• Red light therapy, IV vitamins, repurposed medicines, and mitochondrial support

• Medical devices, supplements, and essential travel costs

These therapies are intended to support her body alongside chemotherapy, improve her strength, and help maintain quality of life — but they are not funded by the NHS.

Mano vardas Evaldas ir šiandien aš kreipiuosi prašydamas pagalbos žmogui, kuris mums reiškia viską — mylinčiai dviejų paauglių mamai, kuriai neseniai diagnozuotas HER2+ krūties vėžys. Tai agresyvi, greitai auganti forma, ir kiekviena diena dabar yra svarbi.

Esame situacijoje, kurioje mums skubiai reikia galimybės gauti privačių gydymo paslaugų, kurios padėtų kartu su standartiniu gydymu — tokių terapijų, kurios gali sustiprinti jos organizmą, pagerinti išeitis ir suteikti daugiau galimybių kovoti dėl savo vaikų.

UPDATE – Day One of Treatment

Today we took a big step forward.

This morning, Lina began her chemotherapy treatment. It was an emotional day for our family, but also one filled with strength, courage, and hope. She faced today with incredible bravery, and we are so proud of her.
