Hello PGE PSS and SIPT Brothers and Sisters,

Our friend and coworker Doug Ferro is stepping down and retiring from our PSS team. Doug is a proud man, so all I can say is that Doug is moving forward and leaving years earlier than he would like.

We want to show Doug how much he meant to us as a friend and as a top-notch professional who always performed with great care and integrity.

Doug enjoys cooking and cocktails. We felt it a fitting gesture to get Doug a new BBQ that matches Doug's character. We are going to set him up with a Green Egg BBQ. We want Doug to think of us every time he gets a chance to BBQ. Doug has many challenges in the future, so when he gets a chance, we would like to bring a smile to his face and remember all of us knuckleheads. Any help is greatly appreciated.
