Help us get Twin's Lawn Care going

Hey friends!

Thanks for taking the time to read this. We are raising money to help our neighbor Joel get his small business off the ground by purchasing a riding mower/zero-turn, small trailer, and trimmer. Joel has a twin sister and somewhere along the line, he was given the block-wide nickname of Twin, hence, Twin's Lawn Care.

We first met Twin a couple of weeks after moving into our house. He was the first one to welcome us to the neighborhood and the first one to get invested in our backyard shed project. Since meeting him we have found him to be a caring neighbor, loyal, a great dad to his two girls, and an extremely hard worker; all of these things despite being on dialysis for kidney failure for the past 3 years. He goes in multiple hours a day 2 to 3 days a week for treatment. But, that doesn't stop him from coming home and checking on our house when we are away, or grilling out, or fixing his wife's car, or mowing lawns!

Here's the best part. Just a few weeks ago we found out that Twin was next up to get a kidney transplant. He got a letter in the mail and that day was a very good day. It's so crazy because we would all sit out back together by a fire and he would tell us of his plans after he gets his kidney. He would tell us how he would get equipment big enough to mow larger yards and to even mow the local parks. He'd say how he couldn't wait to use all that time he spends at dialysis to make moves for his family. The more we dreamed with Twin about his aspirations, the more we knew we needed to invest in his business and in him.

Twin is on the list to get a kidney and our goal is to get him some equipment ASAP. We know God has plans to use Twin to inspire others and know he will get the kidney he needs at just the right time.
