As you all know Sophia James passed away unexpectedly 2/28/23 of pulmonary hemorrhage and heart failure at Seattle Children’s hospital. She was such a wonderful little girl in her 1,225 days earthside. She had Trisomy 21, CHD, PVS, Pulmonary hypertension, stroke and ECMO survivor and many other medical needs. Despite everything she was happy, loving funny daughter. Her photo was selected as well as 500 other kids with Down Syndrome to be displayed on the Jumbotron at Times Square next month. We just found out 8/1 so not a lot of time to plan this. Anything helps to get the 3 of us there to honor our sweetie pumpkin pie. R.I.P. Sophia James Walcker 10/22/19- 2/28/23
