Travel Expenses for Grace Hopper Celebration

We are scholarship recipients of free registration for the Grace Hopper Celebration  in Orlando, FL. This is a wonderful and amazing opportunity for women in tech. Unfortunately, our scholarship doesn't cover travel expenses. 

We are raising money to get to the conference and have a place to stay for the duration. Thank you!

So far, three of us are teaming up to raise money for travel funds. The number $3,000 comes from a goal of $1,000 for each of us.

Nikema (I'm the organizer), is a mother, a startup founder, and coding school student. I'm writing the story now and will ask the others to share a little bit about themselves and why attending GHC is important to them.
