Help us get through Dalton's medical issues

Hi everyone,
My name is Katelyn and I am writing on behalf of my partner, Dalton as well as myself. Dalton and I have been and built a home together for 5 years with plans for many more years to come. Dalton is currently experiencing some rather severe medical issues and we are asking for help while we try to get Dalton back to healthy.
Last year, my partner started getting bouts of severe migraine and vertigo episodes that came with no warning and sometimes caused him to lose consciousness. We spent last year trying to discover what was going on. In December 2022, Dalton finally got an MRI of his skull and they found a mass or cyst between his ear canals and brain. He had to leave his delivery driver job as the vertigo came with no warning and he could not drive with these episodes. We made things work to try and find him a non-delivery job quickly. In the middle of January, Dalton’s symptoms took a turn for the worse. He ended up constantly having a migraine and severe vertigo. The vertigo is causing severe brain fog and mobility issues as his balance is essentially shot. We had issues with doctors and scheduling appointments which delayed Dalton getting into the Ear, Nose and Throat specialist until mid-February. However, his new primary has been amazing in getting him pushed through as priority for these issues. He got sent to Neurology next as the doc says there are issues with the nervous system reflexes. This appointment gave us further bad news, not only does Dalton have the mass in his skull but they are also worried he has a spinal fluid leak due to the neurological issues. We have no idea how long these issues will take to resolve and the mass issue will most likely require surgery. We have been referred to disability as well as he can’t work when some days he can barely walk down the hall. But there is no guarantee we can receive that or how long that will take. As we had Dalton leave the delivery job at the start of the worsening symptoms expecting to have another job right after, Dalton is unable to claim unemployment or short-term disability through an employer.
With Dalton out of work this year, we have had an incredibly hard time covering the gap. I have set the goal to help us get through the next six months. I really hope we will be back on our feet before that but we just have no idea where these medical issues will take us. We appreciate any help.
