Help Us Get Thor Home

My husband and I are desperately trying to bring our son Thor home. Thor was born premature at 26 weeks, 3 days on November 6th, 2019. He has been in the NICU his entire life. He has been on ECMO, has had multiple surgeries including airway surgeries, he has a tracheostomy and is on 24/7 ventilator support.
We have are faced with the challenge of moving so we can bring Thor home. He will not be covered by Medicaid in Missouri, but Kansas has a technology assistance waiver that would allow him to be covered by Medicaid. We cannot afford home nursing care without Medicaid; it would be close to $300,000 a year.
I reached out to Cass County Representative Mike Haffner and to Missouri Governor Mike Parson to see if they could assist us in some way, and have heard nothing back.
We have looked at dozens of homes and placed offers. Unfortunately, we have had our offers get beaten every time. I have written a letter with our story and included it both times we made an offer, but the higher offer was taken in both cases.
We have waited so long to bring him home. This little warrior deserves to be home with his mom and dad, not growing up in a hospital!
