We’re a group of residents living next to the Astley warehouse development.

Over the last 12 months, our lives have been turned upside down.

We were told this development wouldn’t have an unacceptable impact.

The reality has been very different.

People here are dealing with constant noise, flooding, pollution, structural concerns, and the stress that comes with living next to a large scale industrial site. Homes that were once quiet and secure no longer feel that way.

We’ve come together as a community to raise awareness, push for answers, and hold decision makers to account.

Now, after speaking out, we’re facing legal threats.

This fund will help us continue that fight.

It will go towards:

• Legal advice and representation

• Independent expert reports (planning, environmental, structural)

• Campaign materials and communications

• Supporting residents directly affected

We’re not doing this lightly.

We’re doing it because we feel we have no other choice.

This isn’t just about our street or our village, it’s about accountability, and making sure decisions like this can’t happen without consequences.
