Help us get the restaurant open

Hey, everyone!
We are SO close to getting the restaurant going, but we have just one big expense left to cover. Our ventahood needs replacing to get up to code and with other costs adding up, we could really use your help. Our insurance didn't fully cover the roof, and we've just about stretched out our loan.
Even if we can just come up with the deposit, it will be a HUGE help. If somehow we are able to raise more than what is needed, all funds will go towards equipment and supplies for the restaurant.
Please know I am asking as a last resort, and we really appreciate everyone's help and support so far.
