Help us get Tess healthy again.

As many of Erin and Redds' friends and neighbors know, last year Tess was traumatized from all of the fireworks in the city. Because of this trauma Tess's daily walks went from something she loved to a fearful activity. This Friday, while on a walk something scared her and she somehow got out of her harness and ran away. Thanks to the help of neighbors, she was found but unfortunately she had been hit by a car. The driver of the car did not stay so we don't know exactly what happened, but the results are devastating. Tess is still in the Pet ER in Towson with a fractured snout, broken teeth that need to be removed, one tooth was pushed up into her sinuses, and internal injuries. Once she is stable, she will undergo surgery. 

 

Despite all of these injuries, she can be expected to recover with the appropriate veterinary care, but this care is expensive. Tess's medical bills are already climbing, and are expected to top out over $10k. Tess is one of the sweetest dogs, only 5 years old, and the best big sister to her human brother Griff who is missing her terribly. Any support you can provide to help Erin and Redds get her healthy again and able to enjoy life with her family would be appreciated.
