Every Christmas, Bridlington Round Table’s Santa Sleigh takes to the streets of Bridlington, bringing Santa to local children and raising money for good causes across our community.

Unfortunately, this year we’ve been dealt a blow we never expected.

The unit where our Santa Sleigh is stored was broken into, and multiple items belonging to the sleigh were stolen.

These aren’t just things that belong to Round Table. They are equipment bought, maintained and looked after by volunteers so that we can continue a Christmas tradition enjoyed by thousands of local families.

Everything we raise through the Santa Sleigh is intended to benefit our community. Now, instead, we’re faced with having to spend money replacing stolen equipment simply to get the sleigh ready for Christmas.

So we’re asking for Bridlington’s help.

Every penny donated to this fundraiser will go towards replacing the stolen items, repairing any damage and making sure Santa’s Sleigh can get back on the road this Christmas.

If we raise more than is needed to put the sleigh right, every additional penny will be used by Bridlington Round Table to support local charities, community organisations and good causes.

We refuse to let the actions of a few people spoil something that brings so much happiness to our town.
