Our social enterprise is a fun and innovative food truck that specializes in serving delicious orbital delights including meat, potato, and rice balls. "If we can roll it, we can make it."

But it's not just about the food; it's about the transformative power of opportunity, community, and breaking down barriers for people with disabilities. Our food truck is a platform for providing work training experiences and education to individuals with disabilities to feel empowered and ready for the workplace.

The motivation for this venture is deeply personal and professional. I have a sister with an intellectual and developmental disability who is the most authentic person I know (Miss Bella). She, like so many others, lacks employment opportunities. My 12 years of experience professionally supporting the disability community have shown me the immense potential and desire many people with disabilities have to work. Through employment programs, I've witnessed the life-changing impact of having a job and feeling proud of oneself. It's this knowledge and my sister's unwavering spirit that drive me(Emily) every day.

Our food truck, housed in a short bus, aims to change historical stigmas associated with disability and educate the community at large on disability history. We're a social change agent disguised as a food truck.

Launching the Mission: With your help, we'll be able to START ROLLING balls and get rolling on the road to making a meaningful impact in the community and serving up orbital delights. We have been operating for 10 months, but have had some challenges launching our training program. Your fund will help us to launch this program and rent the necessary space to train interns and purchase supplies to help them in this work-based learning experience.
