I’m trying to raise money to replace my daughter’s disability mobility aid. She is level 3 nonverbal autistic with a developmental delay. She uses an aid to be able to travel since she has many issues related to her disability.

Recently there was an oil refinery explosion right by my house, and everything got covered in oil, ash, and soot. Several known carcinogens were released into the air and covered our stuff… Most of the stuff is relatively easy to clean or replace, but her wagon, her mobility aid is not. It’s porous and makes direct contact with her skin for prolonged periods of time…And sadly it’s expensive to replace…

she uses it daily to go anywhere and be able to live her life more fully. Without it it’s so much harder for her to get around. She’s more afraid and reluctant to go places, and she often tries to run off and even run into danger. The wagon helps protect her.
