Back at Home and now we fight this tree issue..

Need help getting back home to Little Rock, AR. Ran out of gas. Have 3/4 tank and $50 cash left. It's been a long trip; we had a blowout on our trailer. It's been really challenging for myself and my wife. She is blind and I feel terrible for allowing us to get in this situation. I'm a strong believer in prayer, so if you can't help us, please pray for us. Thank you for your help.
