Help us get Efren medical assistance to recover

This is EFREN DOMINGUEZ CAMPOVERDE, my nephew, this March he will be 30 years old, unfortunately one day in 2020 he went to work on his motorcycle in the city of Guayaquil and a car ran over him leaving him injured on a sidewalk and fleeing leaving him there. He was taken to the emergency room but in the midst of gravity, the paramedics proceeded to intubate him but they did it wrong, causing him a tracheal stenosis due to this they had to cut 3 tracheal rings since then he had to use a tracheal stent to be able to breathe, he took medicine, he had to do frequent nebulizations and every 6 months a bronchoscopy. On January 5th of this year, he came under control, and his doctor considered removing the stend because, according to his words, he was already fine. They left him that night in the postoperative period without monitoring. In addition, they did not allow any family member to accompany him. Efren suffered a respiratory crisis and cardiac arrest, leaving him without oxygen in his brain for 6 minutes, and then sedated for 10 days. Today Efren is no longer sedated but his brain suffered consequences, he breathes without a machine but remains semi-conscious, he suffers from constant fevers and convulsions.

The clinic has already announced that they will discharge him that they cannot do more besides the fact that he is an IESS patient and that does not suit them.

Now Efren needs to wear splints on his hands and feet, daily physical therapy, Ensure tube feeding, diapers, medicine, and a hospital bed, all this and more are expenses that his mother and family cannot afford, I have told his story to brief features.

For now Efren will be discharged and we need to cover his needs, if someone who knew Efren or without knowing him wants to help us cope with everything that comes to us, we ask you to help us with an offering of love and hope for Him. We continue to pray believing that God is the God of miracles and that he will soon get us out of this valley of tears.
