Help Us Get Critical Vet Care for Midnight & her brothers!

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Sam and I am fundraising for the kittens my daughter is caring for.

These babies, Murphy, Dexter, Midnight, & Milo were found in some bushes when they were about 3 weeks old, and momma could not be found anywhere. They had a rough start in this world being malnourished, with fleas and worms. But once they were with my daughter, they have had the best round-the-clock care with hourly feedings and lots of love & care to help them get stronger and healthier. They have come a long way! We have been rescuing for many years.

Rescuing and fostering young kittens is emotional, challenging & rewarding work. You lose sleep, you stress, and you worry. Caring for kittens while working full time is extremely challenging. Paying for their basics plus vet costs for injury, illness, deworming. & vaccinating is expensive with kitten formula cans that cost $12 each alone is super expensive.

It’s springtime and this is the 3rd litter of kittens so far! Call us crazy, but we just can’t say no to these young and innocent little fur balls! Dexter had been the sickest and we didn’t know if he would make it. But with excellent care, sub q fluids, force feedings and lots of love, Dexter is finally out of the woods! In fact, the boys are doing great! They are eating and playing and being wonderful energetic kittens.

Midnight is a super sweet, loving, little angel. She is a little purr monster that loves being held & playing with mice (fake ones). She is a gentle little lady even though has had a tougher time than her brothers. Midnight is normal in every way except she has a prolapsed rectum and has been to the vet a few times already to get her the help she needs. She was in pain when it first appeared and has had a couple rounds of antibiotics, pain meds and a temporary stitch to help her bum get better. However, Midnight really needs more vet help to get better permanently. She needs surgery to be ok 100%. Before the surgery, she needs a Fecal PCR panel for $300, lab work $225, imaging $230 and surgery for $500 and they all need their first round of vaccinations at $100 each. The total Vet costs this week are $1555. Since this is the 3rd kitten litter, the costs have been a lot more with this go around to juggle.

We are asking our community of animal lovers to help us out with donations so we can give Midnight and her brothers the proper vet care they need. We are lining up potential adopters and really want to get them ready for their new fur ever family homes asap! Please help us to give Midnight and her brothers the remaining vet care they need so they can be adopted and live happily ever after. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping us to help these little babies!
