Hey All! My family has been put through the wringer the past two years! We have been through nothing less than hell!

in the past two years we’ve dealt with three family deaths, a stolen career and job, homelessness, hospitalizations, and flat out pain and suffering. I know God only gives us what we can handle but this is absurd! Now, I have a major transportation issue! Not just One car but two! One shouldn’t cost a lot but the second is gonna be extremely expensive! I may just abandon the vehicle at this point!

That is why I am doing this because honestly, I've run out of options! I don’t usually ask for help — but I really need it right now.

As mentioned, Both of our cars broke down, and the repair costs are more than I can cover. Without a running car, I can’t do anything, take care of daily responsibilities, or keep moving forward the way I need to. It’s stranded us to be honest. I have used what I had left for Uber rides, but my biggest issue is that I’m 120 miles away from my son! He’s safe, smart, and has a Great group of friends! But I can’t get to him which is a major problem! I missed his 16th birthday because of this!!!

I’m raising funds to cover the repair bill so I can get back on the road. I don’t have an accurate quote yet because the shop I could get it to hasn’t been able to get to where the issue is. What’s the issue? The ignition switch (Key barrel) is busted. It either locks or spins! The cost of the part is $75 and labor probably $150? At least that’s what I saw when googling repair costs. However, I don’t trust it and know it will be more! Which is why I’ve set my goal higher.

Update: We are now also dealing with an eviction. Have to be out immediately. How am I gonna do that with no car, no money, nowhere to go no way to get there!

I'm defeated! I’ve given all I can and I just keep going deeper! Why?!?

thank you to all. I won’t give up but I am gonna be forced to give in. I can’t fix what was broken. I tried, but failed. It’s all my fault! I believed that what I chose to do was right! I thought helping my parents was temporary. I never thought all my education and hard work would make me homeless and unable to find work after having my career taken at age 52!

I think this is it! I can’t continue with nothing but tragedy and trauma!!!
