We are raising funds to help purchase a Cubby Bed! This is a safe enclosure bed for my autistic nephew, who needs a secure and comforting place to sleep.

He’s an amazing 4 year old that is full of personality, curiosity, and has the biggest heart, but nighttime can be very challenging for him and his parents. He often struggles with sleep, sensory overload, and staying all night safely in his bed. Nighttime can be overwhelming for him and exhausting for my sister and brother n law. It’s hard to get a restful nights sleep or even go to sleep at times when they are worried about him wandering or hurting himself accidentally while in the bed. His specialists have recommended that they purchase a Cubby bed for him.

A Cubby Bed would give him:

This bed is truly life changing for families of children with autism and sensory needs — but it’s also very expensive!! While some insurances cover the Cubby beds, unfortunately, their insurance does not.

We are hoping to raise $12,000 to purchase the bed, canopy, and mattress. Every single dollar brings us closer to giving him the safety and comfort he deserves!!
