Help us get a new catalytic converter!

While I am hesitant to ask for help in this situation, I really have no choice. My catalytic converter was stolen from my car, and with other recent financial burdens, it is impossible for me to pay for the replacement.
I work for families running errands, getting kids to/from daily needs, and rely on my vehicle to do my job. I am a single parent, and rely on the flexibility of my jobs to support my son. Without a working vehicle, that flexibility is almost impossible. I am fortunate enough to have the use of an employers vehicle for two weeks, but in those two weeks I need to remedy this situation.
I am asking for $1500 to cover parts, and a lock for my catalytic converter to prevent this from happening in the future.
Update: my windshield was compromised in the recent hail storm, so I have added on to this fund to hopefully assist with that also. Woof!
