Help us get a headstone for Jakes forever garden.

We’ve just realised that it will cost us an extra £300 to pay the council to be allowed to put the headstone in! So I have increased the goal total slightly. 

We want to thank everyone who has shared and donated so far! Your generosity is forever appreciated.

As most of you will already know, we lost our baby boy Jake in April 2015. I gave birth to him at 22 weeks pregnant and he was born a sleeping angel.

We have tried for years to save up for a headstone for his ‘garden’ but have never been able to afford one.

His garden is as nice as we could make it without a stone there, but we feel it isn’t complete without giving him a proper memorial to remember him by.

If anyone could help in any way we would appreciate it so much.
