Hi, I’m Ali, the founder of Ali on Paper Africa — a mental wellness brand that uses creativity, storytelling, and community to champion mental well-being across Africa, especially among Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
This November, we’re embarking on our biggest mission yet —a Mental Wellness Crusade at a 10,000-capacity stadium in Ibadan, Nigeria.
The theme is:
“Crusading Mental Well-being by All Means – A Gathering of 10,000 Minds.”
Why?
Because every day, young Nigerians battle anxiety, depression, isolation, and trauma in silence. Stigma, lack of access, and cultural misunderstandings keep mental health in the shadows.
But we're bringing it to the light—loudly, boldly, and with love.
This week-long event will combine:
* Mental health education
* Creative expression
* One-on-one therapy consultations
* A football tournament final (yes, sports + mental health!)
* Live music, spoken word, and conversations
* A red carpet experience for everyday people
Our mission is simple:
To make mental well-being accessible, relatable, and unforgettable for 10,000 young Nigerians — and to tell them, with every word, sound, and smile, “You are not alone.”
We’re not backed by major sponsors yet.
We’re doing this from the heart, with help from passionate volunteers, believers, and everyday people like you.
Your donation will help us cover:
* Stadium logistics (stage, sound, lights, screen)
* Therapy booths and consultation areas
* Transportation and welfare for volunteers and facilitators
* Awareness materials and community outreach
* Security, first aid, and refreshments
Whether it’s £5 or £500, your support will help us hold space for healing, hope, and humanity in the most powerful way.
This isn’t just an event. It’s a movement.
Help us gather 10,000 minds — and give mental wellness a voice in Nigeria.
Donate now. Share this. Join the crusade.
With gratitude,
The Ali, on Paper Africa team
and the 100th Battalion.
