But the very medications keeping him alive, those critical anti-rejection medication betrayed him in the cruelest way. They triggered neck cancer, a devastating diagnosis that tested his strength like never before. With fierce determination and the support of his loved ones, Stephen fought back. He endured gruelling treatments, endless hospital stays and moments of unimaginable pain, but he beat it. He emerged victorious once more, ready to reclaim his life.

Heartbreakingly, the cancer has returned. More aggressive, more relentless. We've watched our hero face this monster again with the same courage that defines him. But this time, the road ahead feels steeper than ever.

The NHS, our incredible lifeline through so much, has done everything humanly possible. They've poured their expertise and care into Stephen's journey, but they've reached the end of what they can offer. Standard treatments have been exhausted, and time is not on our side. Desperation led us to a radical clinic in Germany (the Hallwang Clinic), renowned for pioneering therapies that give patients like Stephen a fighting chance where others see none.

This clinic's specialised treatment, a cutting-edge combination of targeted radiation, immunotherapy and personalised care, has shown remarkable success in cases just like his.
