Help Us Fund the Funeral of Lucinda Saldana

It is with immense sorrow that we share with you our family’s great loss. Lucinda Saldana has passed away on January 9th, 2022. She is survived by her two daughters Carlinda Benavidez and Kaylee Gallegos. Lucy was a proud grandma to Beatris Modesta Sepulveda and a loving sister to Betty Saldana, Soledad Saldana, Jessica Llanas, Arturo Saldana, Erika Saldana, and Lee Roy Saldana. She was also a loved daughter by Jesse Manriquez. She joins her beautiful mother and sister, Beatris Manriquez and Amy Jean Saldana. She will be greatly missed by all her nieces, nephews, and friends.

 

If you have had the honor of meeting Lucy, you know that her smile was the brightest and her laugh was the loudest. Her sense of humor and wittiness was truly unmatched. She knew how to be the life of the party wherever she was at and rightly coined herself “The Pretty Tia”. Lucy cherished her family and friends and took every opportunity to take a selfie with everyone. She worked hard to provide for her family and to always bring our family together through her famous group messages. With her love of music, we will surely be reminded of her lively spirit when we hear songs like The Cupid Shuffle, No Me Queda Mas, any cumbias or listen to artists like Debbie Deb, Depeche Mode, and Metallica.

 

Due to her sudden passing, I am sure many of you will have memories of Lucy that you would like to share.
