Help us fund our hero, Tom Green

My name is Kelli and as most of you know my dad was diagnosed with multiple myeloma on February 6th 2022 and has been putting up quite the fight ever since. Anyone that knows him, knows he isn’t one to ask for help. (This is where I come in)

Dad has worked hard his entire life to provide for his family but right now he needs to slow it down a bit and get healthy. He has endured months of weekly chemo injections, countless medications and trying to keep his diabetes under control all the while working day in and out never skipping a beat. This far, Dad has responded very well to this first phase of his treatment plan. His numbers have improved so much we now get to move to phase 2. With a long road ahead Dad is getting ready to undergo an extensive chemo/stem cell transplant which will add many more years to his life WHEN successful. Unfortunately, the fight leading up to his success will be a very tight financially. With Nicki by his side as his full time care taker, they will be living in Seattle Cancer Care housing for 6-8 weeks at $3500 a month. That is not including all of the treatment costs, hospital stays, medications and all of their other monthly expenses piling up at home. Followed by a 9 month recovery resting at home and not being able to work. Dad will be off work for at least a year and this is something I don’t want looming over their heads. I want dad to go into his treatment feeling positive, safe, confident, loved and not having to worry about finances. Insurance has helped a little but will not come close to covering the amount needed to move forward with this transplant/chemo treatment.

I know he will be forever grateful for any bit of help we can get to make things just a bit easier right now. My entire family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts for any help you are able to give. He means the world to us.
