Help Spectrum Association fund our 2024 project!

Hello, we are Spectrum Association - a Caribbean Carnival dance troupe based in Preston.

We cater to young people from low income families, providing weekly dance classes and an unforgettable carnival experience with custom costumes and touring to carnivals in other cities. We also do a lot of charity work within Preston such as visiting schools, care homes and providing entertainment at local charity events.

We aim to keep the cost for our members as low as possible - the price of our membership works out that each dance practice costs less than 70 pence and also includes the cost of their bespoke costume.

Unfortunately, putting on our project cost several thousand pounds each year and, as an independent organisation, we struggle to source our own income. We don’t believe in charging our dancers extortionate fees and want to keep our project accessible to all!

Any donations will go towards funding our 2024 carnival season and, no matter how small, will massively help our cause.
