Help us fund Mr C 's fractured leg surgery :(

Mr. C is one of the cutest and craziest cats i have ever known.  He showed up one day running up to my car when i got home from work in December 2012.  He was purring and rubbing on my legs and followed me to the door.   He was hungry and I fed him and gave him water.  I tried to bring him in but he was panicked and had some kind of trauma that made him afraid to stay indoors.  I would put food out and water and ring some single bells calling for him.  
The days were getting so cold and I was so worried for him.  I would see hm in the bushes on cold rainy mornings and it was so sad.  Finally on the 3rd attempt I got him to stay inside and he became or best buddy.  He is so silly and very sweet.  
Its been a fw years now an he is older, probably 9, but is not even close to being near the end of his adventure.  

Today he was crying and I quickly went to find him limping with a swollen left leg.  My husband brought him to the vet because I cannot even go anywhere there is wireless technology.  I get very sick and have spent a fortune trying to get well since July 2019.  Because of this illness I have been unable to work and that has been a huge drain on  our life and a major stress.  We have lost so much.  We have to sell our home and are trying to sell things to help keep us afloat, but COVID has put a big halt on selling furniture or anything lately.   

Mr C suffered two fractures in his left leg.  A specialist at Blue Pearl cannot even operate until later this week.  It has cost 2k already and will end up near 6k to have the surgery needed.  

I am hoping people who are blessed with extra money can help us.  My illness has taken so much from us.    I don't want to ask for help, but we need it.
