We’ve been together for 13 beautiful years, dreaming of one day starting a family. Recently, our world was turned upside down when my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. Along with the shock and fear, we learned that treatment may affect her ability to have children in the future. The only way to preserve our chance of having a family is through egg freezing, but unfortunately, our insurance does not cover the high cost of fertility preservation.
