Help us fix this little guy up

Hi my name is Maddie! This little stray kitten appeared in our front door. No one in my neighborhood claimed him. It looks like he has a hernia on his belly that needs to get removed. We’d love some support since my family already has 3 cats and 2 dogs one which we just finished paying a vet bill for. We’d love to give this little guy a chance and with it being kitten season shelters are packed. Anything is much appreciated. Thank you!
