On Friday, March 13, 2026, at 4:30am, my world changed in an instant. While my son and I were sleeping in our home, someone fired multiple gunshots through his bedroom window, hitting him twice. The police were called immediately, but so far, no one has been arrested. Since that terrifying morning, I no longer feel safe in our home. Every day has been filled with fear and uncertainty, and I know we need to leave our town to find safety, especially since the suspect has not been detained.

Times are incredibly hard right now. I am reaching out for help because I cannot do this alone. The funds raised will go directly toward moving expenses, deposits for a new place to live, and utilities so my son and I can start over in a safer environment.
