Help us find out what’s wrong with Gemini❤️

Hello everyone my name is Olivia, I have two really good friends who are having a very tough time right now and I figured that there could be some way I could help,we have a year and a half old fur baby her name is gemini, me and my fiancé got her in a really tough time when we were going thru it mentally and physically, she saved our life’s completely and we want to do everything in our power to help hers. she is the most energetic, lovable dog you will ever met and she cares for her own. she’s so protective, and the sweetest soul and she isnt doing very good right now, sunday after noon is when she started acting a bit funny not really wanting to eat nor drink anything and was just sleeping, she didn’t get exited about stuff that she usually does and she was just off, so the next morning monday we took her temp and it was 103.9 so we started doing fluids, baby food, keeping the fever down doing what we can all day, starting looking a bite better and then we woke up tuesday morning and took it again it sky rocked to 104.9 so we took her in, they did an exam, she has a congested lung, did labs, her white, red and glucose is abnormal, she’s very dehydrated, they are starting fluids and A catheter, they still want to do x-rays and more tests because they have not found out what is causing the fever i checked back with them around 3 pm tuesday and her fever is currently 105.4 so she is going downhill fast she is staying overnight at 1st vet if there is anyone out there who can bless us for this unexpected financial crisis that would be greatly appreciated, she means so much to mine and my fiancés life we would do anything and everything in our power plz help care for our baby. anything is very appreciated
