Help us find Nicklas Delisle and bring him home to rest.

My name is Rebekah Radzunas. On the evening of May 19th my brother Nicklas Delisle and his girlfriend Mya Ballard were fishing on an Island south of the Holyoke Damn. As they attempted to get back to shore on their kayak it capsized. A fisherman who saw the whole thing was able to swim out and help Mya back to shore. Unfortunately the conditions were treacherous that day and with the current so fast they lost sight of Nicklas as he went around a bend. Mya was brought to the hospital and she is now stable. Search and Rescue on the water and land did everything they could to try and recover him safely, not only that evening but for the next 2 days as well. They will continue looking until they find him. Our family is heartbroken over losing our boy Nick. He was kind and loving with the biggest heart. Nicklas had a deep love for fishing and dedicated all of his spare time towards doing just that. He even built his own fish tank that he took much pride in. He was a fantastic Uncle who always made the kids laugh by showing them his inner child. There are no words to describe the hole left in our hearts. All we have left is the hope in finding him and laying him to rest. Our family has been shown continuous support during this tragedy.
