I’m coming to you humbly today. This isn’t easy for me to write. We typically never ask for help personally — we’ve fully funded our adoption on our own and have never reached out like this. But in this specific moment, during this urgent need, I’m asking.

Many of you know our family has been walking through the adoption process, and my whole family was supposed to be in Guatemala with me this past week. This exact trip was when we were set to sign important documents and go to court — but we had to cancel because some of the children in our orphanage came down with chickenpox, and we needed to protect our own kids.

Now we’re asking if you’d consider coming alongside us. Between the travel changes and rebooking, the cost is going to be over $5,000.
