DONT LET HATRED WIN

Hi I'm Dawn and co founder of Fat Bottom Grills ( https://www.facebook.com/FatBottomGrills620?mibextid=LQQJ4d) in downtown Chittenango. 2 years ago my family and I decided to open an all-inclusive pride friendly restaurant and bar. Where everyone was welcomed, and to have a safe space to just be.

From the moment I hung our first Pride flag, the hatred began. We have been ridiculed , we have received hate mail and phone calls, been destroyed on social media pages and most importantly discriminated against just for our basic needs as renters.

We have promoted LOVE AND ACCEPTANCE and supported CHOICE. I hope that we have brought about change in our community.

That being said I need your help...the space we rent is being threatened to not be an option to us anymore and we have secured an attorney.

As most of you know attorney fees are not cheap, and something we can't avoid.

We have put our life savings into this business and just want to be treated with respect. And we also want a chance to continue to serve all of you and the events we have scheduled. So any amount will help us to pay our legal fees and so many other expenses if we have to relocate....we want to continue to keep the LOVE alive.

We have already paid the retainer of and it has drained us completely.

At this time I'm trying to cover the next round of lawyer fees. So that we can continue this fight without delays that could cost us our business.

If we have to relocate, there will be expenses to store, move and dismantle our business also. That honestly we never planned for.
