Fight INJUSTICE in Wagoner Cty for Roy Slaughter

My name is Dorothy and have been trying to help my 73 yr. old veteran brother, Roy, get a mobile home set up so he will have a place to live.

The summer of 2022 the mobile home he lived in slid off its site and collapsed. Since that time, we have replaced it with another used mobile home and had it placed in the same spot as the previous one. In addition to the actual cost of the mobile home, I have spent thousands of dollars having it moved, set up, more dirt hauled in, retaining wall built, etc. etc. When the Wagoner County Inspector came out to issue the permit so utility lines could be ran/hooked up (at our expense) he claimed it was required to be farther from the center of the road so we would have to move it, which we did at an additional $7000 expense. The Inspector comes out again, says we are in compliance and issues a permit for electricity. That very day the Inspector calls to state the zoning laws had been changed and we are required to move it again! I have spent all my retirement savings and exhausted all credit cards. My brother truly needs ALL the help he can get at this point. There is no money left to move his home again or hire an attorney to fight Wagoner County.
