Our parents have a love story that began as high-school sweethearts to a lifelong marriage of 43 years, filled with 2 daughters, 7 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. This year has been a challenge as we are sure it has been for just about everybody. Our dad received his diagnosis of stage 4 cancer in May, which shook us all to the core. Our mom stood up as best she could and cared for him daily. She cooked for him and took him to his appointments because she wants him to get better. We rallied around as a family and tried to help in any way we could.  Our mom finally got the medical answers she needed and was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Later the same week, the day after Thanksgiving our mom went into cardiac arrest and is now fighting for her life in ICU. We are praying for her and our dad in this difficult time as all things are still very delicate and fresh. Our dad during this time has been the most amazing man. While fighting with cancer he is going to her bedside daily which is hard on his body. Our mom has the biggest kindest heart and would do anything for anybody! Our parents are going to need all the help they can get from medical bills, household bills, and other costs that are accruing daily. We as a family are praying and appreciate and all we receive from anyone as we are unaware of what costs will arise! All received proceeds will go to medical and household bills.
