Over the past couple of years, the entire system—from the courts, to CPS, to those that should be protecting children—has failed, to the greatest extent.

With going to court before, legal fees, etc. We’ve spent thousands and thousands, sold our only vehicles, killed ourselves working extra hours, sold personnal belongings.

Drained everything over and over.

To continuously be ignored, and the kids safety be dismissed by the courts, CPS, and the legal systems.

Ayla and Jaxson’s lives have been changed permanently for the worse, and the systems in place to help protect them are doing the opposite at every corner.

Ayla's life is about to change in a way that is going to devastate her, her brothers, and her entire family. Her life that is left is going to be more ruined.

What is going to happen next and why is nobody that should be stepping in to help, stepping in and helping?

Rachel and I keep fighting, and fighting, and fighting, and we’ve hit so many blocks. Over and over.
