Hi all!
We’re Ellie and Charlotte, two high school students from Australia who proudly participate in the Australian Army Cadets. Outside of school and cadets, we both work casual jobs: Charlotte is undertaking an apprenticeship in carpentry, and Ellie has a job in the food industry. We’re passionate, hard-working, and incredibly excited to have been accepted into the Army Cadets 2025 Europe Tour!
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for us to travel across Europe to visit historically significant war memorials, explore key sites from both World Wars, and learn how the UK Army and UK Cadets operate. We’ll be travelling to places like England, France, and Belgium, walking the same ground where ANZACs fought bravely, and paying our respects at iconic locations such as the Somme, Flanders, and the Menin Gate.
This trip isn’t just a holiday, it’s a journey of personal growth, leadership, service, and remembrance. It’s a chance to deepen our understanding of military history, represent our country with pride, and bring back experiences and stories to share with our fellow cadets.
We’re both committed to working hard to fund this trip ourselves, but we can’t do it without a little help. Between uniforms, flights, accommodation, and tour costs, it all adds up. Every donation, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to this incredible adventure.
We truly appreciate your support in helping us grow as leaders and make the absolute most of this opportunity.
Thank you for supporting us on our journey!
