Five Point Holistic Health is at an exciting turning point, and we’re reaching out to our community for support as we take the next big step. We are one of six shared-ownership business projects across Chicago who were awarded the Wealth Our Way grant, a $4 million, city-funded initiative from Community Desk Chicago, which provides both funding and technical coaching to organizations looking to revitalize their neighborhoods through commercial redevelopment.

This grant is allowing us to rehabilitate part of our commercial building to support expansion of the co-op’s holistic health services and increasing accessibility. However, the grant only covers 75% of construction costs. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward expenses not covered by the grant, including 25% of construction costs, new furniture, decor, and fixtures, treatment supplies, and supporting our dedicated employees during this transition.

This expansion means so much more than just an updated space. With your help, we’ll be able to serve more patients, offer new services like physical therapy, and become a true hub for community gathering, engagement, and education. Our goal is to make holistic healthcare more affordable and accessible for everyone in our neighborhood, and this project will help us do just that.
