Donate to help me and my family in Gaza!

Hello, my name is Ghada Al-Moghrabi. I was born and raised in Gaza. I urgently need your help and support to evacuate with my family to Egypt.

My family and I have started our displacement journey 5 months ago from our home in Gaza, moving to the middle of the Gaza Strip then to the south and currently in Rafah in the far south of Gaza Strip. We are a family of 7 members. I have 2 sisters and 2 brothers. One of my sisters is married with 2 toddlers and they are staying with her husband's family in another place. We have not seen them for 2 months. My oldest brother is displaced with us and taking care of the family. He had to evacuate his house with his wife and their daughter who is only 2 years old.

We do not have any source of income anymore as my dad's workshop was destroyed. We had hopes of returning to our home one day, but last month we have seen on the news that our four-floors house had been bombed, and completely destroyed as seen in the photos. Our house was filled with so many memories and warmth and it was more than walls. My brother has also lost his house in a residential building, as it was burning and it was not possible to extinguish the fire and now most of the house is burned and it is in an unlivable condition now.

As the situation here is getting more dangerous, we are urged to seek safety and travel to build our future again.

We have tried many ways to leave but all of them were unsuccessful, and our only hope now is by paying money and we need $5,000 per person to arrange for traveling through the Egyptian boarder.

Please note that the donations are not going to Gaza. They will be sent to Lamis Ali. She is the sister of my brother's wife who will travel to Egypt in April to pay the amount to the company that arranges for people to travel and she is hoping to be reunited with her family.

We appreciate any help to raise the amount needed to evacuate as soon as possible. Thank you all.
