Help Us Evacuate Gaza Warzone

Hello everyone,

This is Akram yousef from Canada and I am writing this on behalf of my nephew Wael Yousef who is a Palestinian living in Gaza with his family, a wife and 3 kids, they are in Rafah which is located in Southern Gaza.

It is enough to say that we are living in Gaza for you to imagine the number of atrocities we are undergoing every single day, experiencing and witnessing unspeakable hardships in order to endure as part of our daily struggle for survival.

Even though we still have a roof over our heads, the looming threat of death and destruction is nearing us with every passing second. The situation has aggravated as almost 2 million Gazans have been displaced to the South. After a long, hassled search, we barely find accessible food as the generosity of donations rarely reaches those in need; when they do, only a minority has access to a limited amount that is priced beyond reason. We have spent till the last cent of our savings in order to pay for some food and water. Their biggest fear is that being without money there will no longer be even crumbs for us.

I had already lost several relatives of mine, and many friends and relatives were forced into the harshest circumstances due to the limited or null access to basic necessities while also being haunted by being slaughtered in the most horrific ways as the IOF continued its bombing, raids, and flying spying and assassination helicopters over our neighbourhoods in Rafah.

I just want to provide for my wife and kids to be able to go out of this deadly place. Nowadays, it's only possible to do so through a fee and permission to cross the border or having double nationality. Unfortunately, it is only money the solution for this, I need to raise $35,000 as the price for our escape, as we are a family of 5, enabling us to evacuate would ensure the only way to be safe and keep living. I recognize that it's not a small amount, I know human lives are priceless, but this is our freedom price in this cruel, selfish and numb system.
