Help Us Escape Rat-Infested Living Conditions

Me and my roommate have been living in a house that has for a while been infested with HUGE rats, and our landlord refuses to do anything. I have been spending money out of my pockets to do what I can, but the payments as well as rent, it's too much. We need to get out of this place.

It doesn't help that the other roommates we had were messy and drug addicts. Please, if you can help, if not, it's okay, I understand, but please share and help me out.
