By collecting & sharing stories of change from remarkable Arab women of the past & present & simultaneously creating new stories for the future, we aim to drive the narrative of powerful female-led change.
During our tenure at Endeavor, we worked with exceptional female entrepreneurs & under incredible female leadership that opened our eyes on the many challenges businesswomen encounter in their professional journeys.
Many of these challenges include the lack of female-focused & mother-centric support, minimal access to business, legal, & technical services, & struggles with traditional office space, but most importantly a lack of network & a sense of community.
This is where SIRA comes in, driving a motivating network & space, fostering authentic connections, be it professional or personal, & creating a safe haven for women to share, explore, & experience.
This community starts with an innovative office-space solution & a nichefied co-working space that offers growth services catered for the professional woman.
