Urgent Legal Defense Fund for Ashley & Beth of Anakin's Trails Animal Rescue

As many of you have heard, Anakin’s Trails members Ashley and Beth were arrested on August 6, on charges related to attempting to save the life of Max, the cocker spaniel. The charges are unjustified and unwarranted, and we will fight to clear our names. We are currently seeking legal representation, and as a 501c3 charitable organization, funded strictly by donations, we do not have a "war chest" of funds available to pay for representation. Many of you have so graciously offered to help with our legal defense. This money will go directly to our legal fees. With your support, we can clear our names from these egregious charges, achieve justice for Max, and continue to do the work of Anakin’s Trails, finding homes for our four-legged friends and reuniting pets with their families.
