Help Us Dance Our Way to Spain

We are Spotlight Stage School, a small family run dance school, based in Dagenham. We are blessed with an enthusiastic group of dancers with dreams of showcasing their talent on an international stage! Last year, the Dance World Cup (the biggest dance competition in the world) was held in Prague and five of our dancers had the incredible opportunity of representing England in four different performances, our girls performed incredibly with our best result being one of our teenage dancers having her solo jazz/modern performance placing fourth.

This year, much to our (and their) delight, twenty of our students aged 9 - 16 have been given this incredible opportunity to represent England at the Dance World Cup, which is taking place in Burgos, Spain.

This trip means the world to us. Not only will we get to perform and compete, but we will also have the chance to learn from some of the best in the industry, experience new cultures, and grow as artists and individuals.

However, we cannot do it without your help. Traveling with a group comes with significant expenses, including:

• Travel costs (flights, transportation, etc.)

• Accommodation

• Meals

• Costumes and performance fees

We are working hard to fundraise locally through bake sales, car washes, and other activities, but we need additional support to make this dream a reality.
